Cover addressed to Major General Twiss who was the Military Secretary to India at the time. The cover bears a KVG 1a3p stamp. The cover shows the expedition mark on front and stamp is tied by Gangtok cancel (Type ?) dated 21 June 1933. Receiving mark on reverse dated 24 June 1933. Cover was sent from Hugh Ruttledge, the expedition leader (HR initials LL).
