Postal card addressed to England. India KGV ½a postal card and ½a KGV stamp tied by PHARIJONG cancel (Hel B17) dated 25 JUN 24. On arrival in England the card was marked postage due with a 1½d marking and two postage due stamps and forwarded to Kent. Front of card bears a single expedition label tied by the M1 expedition mark.

The card reads "Dear Eileen - This is a Mount Everest stamp posted from somewhere near the top of the mountain .., Uncle Walter".
